The Extra Debit Card is issued by Evolve Bank & Trust pursuant to a license from Mastercard and may be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted. Account holders must be at least 18 years old and a citizen of the United States or a permanent resident with a valid social security number (SSN) or ITIN. Applicants for accounts are subject to verification of identity. A valid bank account subject to connectivity with the Extra platform is required for payment. All activity is subject to regulatory review and approval.

Failure to maintain a current balance on your Extra Debit Card account may result in delinquent reporting to credit reporting agencies which may negatively impact your credit score.
